流山駅「葉茶屋 寺田園」
築130年の古民家を再活用した日本茶カフェ
このエリアは江戸～明治時代に江戸川の水運や白みりん発祥で栄えた地域で、江戸時代の俳人・小林一茶ゆかりの地でもある
「葉茶屋 寺田園」は1889年に建てられ、当時はお茶や乾魚などを販売していた「寺田園茶舗」(2011年に国登録有形文化財に指定)を再活用している
壁や天井などはそのまま使用したほか、物販品が並ぶ棚(写真右)は旧店舗で使用されたものを活用
