「しらすピザ」は、サクサクの生地に、たっぷりのしらすとチーズをのせたシンプルなピザ
しらすのプチプチとした食感と、チーズのコクが絶妙にマッチ
「しらすワッフル」は、ふわふわのワッフルに、しらすとクリームチーズをのせたスイーツ
しらすの塩気が、クリームチーズの甘みを引き立てる
また、江の島の海を眺めながら食事ができるのも魅力
店内にはテラス席があり、晴れた日には、青い海と青空を眺めながらゆったりと食事を楽しむことができる
さらに、10名まで宿泊できる民泊も経営している
