リスコ・カイドは先史時代の洞窟住居などが残る考古遺跡であり、ベルベル人がこの地に到達してからスペインに占領されるまでの文化（岩絵など）、水利・農業施設などが保存されており「文化的景観」として評価された
黒い溶岩と白い砂浜のビーチで知られている
