元々は「カピオラニ・コーヒーショップ」という名前のカフェとして創業し、
その後オックステールスープが評判となり、レストランとして展開するようになった。
アサヒグリルのオックステールスープは、牛の尻尾を数時間かけてじっくり煮込んだ、滋味深い味わいが特徴
