蕎麦粉は、国産の蕎麦粉を厳選し、毎日自家製で蕎麦を打ち立てており、
コシのある蕎麦は、喉越しが良く、蕎麦本来の風味を味わうことができる。
また、天ぷらは、季節の野菜を揚げたてで提供しており、蕎麦との相性も抜群。
特に、太巻き天ぷらは、サクサクの衣の中に、様々な具材がぎっしり詰まっており、ボリューム満点の一品。
