栃木県小山で圧倒的な人気を誇る「ハイマウント」の系列店です。
2025年1月にオープンしたばかりにも関わらず、その中毒性の高い「まぜそば」を求め、連日多くのラーメンファンが列をなしています。
ハイマウントJのまぜそばは、極太麺の上に、たっぷりの野菜、豚、アブラ、ニンニクなどが豪快に盛り付けられた、まさに「ハイマウント」なビジュアルが特徴です。
麺は、ワシワシとした食感の極太麺で、濃厚なタレと具材が絡み合い、一口食べると止まらない中毒性の高い味わいです。
