この上質なもずくをふんだんに使用したもずくそばは、鰹節と昆布で丁寧に引いた出汁との相性が抜群で、一度食べたら忘れられない深い味わいが特徴。
自らもずくの養殖を行っている。
そのため、新鮮なもずくを最も美味しい状態で提供することが可能。
もずくそばだけでなく、もずくごはんやもずくを使った一品料理も人気メニューとなっている。
